Hmm.. what is Trans Fat? 🤔

In simple terms, Trans Fats are a form of unsaturated fat. There are two types- Artificial and Natural (found in dairy and meat from cattle, sheep and goat)

Huh? Artificial Trans Fat? 🤨
Created to make vegetable oils more solid. They are used to give food a desirable taste and texture and can be used many times in commercial fryers.

Wow! Is it harmful? 😧
Well, trans fats(any) raise your bad cholesterol levels and lower your good cholesterol levels, it increases your risk of developing heart disease, stroke and a higher risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

So, what should I do?😩
Avoid those shitty fried chips and have TagZ with ZERO TRANS FAT NOW!
